Well, my muse has made her call, and my "wild card" story drew the short straw, and i have begun the writing for it. To (hopefully) whet the appetite of my five fans (I am kidding, there might be ten of you), i will give you a quick little link to some info on the series:

... in the Wild Cards series as a body swap traps a major cast member in the wrong body for a number of books. It's a sort of parallel history that splits in 1946 with the release of a mutagenic virus over New York City. The series is a Whateley-like collaborative effort by a wide range of published science fiction authors.
If you can still find the books in print, I urge folks to check them out. *smile*

I have about half of the original series. Guess I should pick up the rest sometime :P And here I thought I was the only one to read the strange stuff, Randalynn :P
