New Jeans, Too Large For Me

I got a great buy on these jeans http://www.coldwatercreek.com/product-detail/50615/56765/sli... in a Misses size 16. Unfortunately for me, Coldwater Creek seems to engage in "vanity sizing". I guess I need a 12 or 14 in their sizes. There's a lot more spandex in this fabric than I expected. The fabric stretches 10% or so without much strain. So, someone who wears a size 20 or so in real sizes might be able to wear these.

I can return them, but by the time they subtract return shipping, it's almost not worth it.

Sooooo.... begging Erin's forebearance, I'd like to offer them here on a best-offer basis. PM (private message, personal mail, or whatever it stands for!) me if you're interested, and we can discuss the details. Please don't respond in a public comment unless you just wish to discuss the idea of offering clothing here, criticize me for the post, or my taste in clothes in general!

Meanwhile, here are the relevant measurements:

Waistband rides at the hip bones, an inch or two below the belly-button and measures 38" unstretched and around 42" stretched. My waist/hips measure 38" there, but the pants feel too loose. I can actually slip them off without unzipping them! They'd probably be more comfy on someone a couple inches larger than me.

Laying the pants flat and measuring across, just above the crotch, it measures 23", suggesting it would fit a 46" hip measurement, probably more if stretched.

The inseam is 32", not 33" as shown in the text. (Although, if you click on the fabric/care tab, it says 32".) I wear a 31" inseam, and they didn't feel too long on me, probably because the legs are slim.

They're new, with tags, in the bag they came in.

So there it is. "Write Author" privately if you might want these.
