Subjects
There are things that must be handled either in a sensitve way, or so grotesquely over the top that they lose their reality. I give you Tom Lehrer, for example. It would probably help if you gave a few hints as to the subjects you explore, and then people would be better able to decide if they wanted to read it.
Suitable?
Maybe if you were more specific on what makes it unsuitable you would get more interest.

New question:
Is there a photo, or graphics program that'll take a photo and create
or convert to a wire drawing of it?
Graphics packages
The are two graphics packages that are freely available that can be used for applying special effects.
Paint.Net (www.getpaint.net) - Windows.
Good basic package that is easy to use and install. Comes with a few artistic filters for turning photos into ink sketches, pencil sketches and oil paintings. Also has a find edges command.
GIMP (www.gimp.org) - all operating systems
A more advanced package. Not as easy to use, but contains more filters. Also the are many extra filters available on the internet as plugins. No doubt a bit of searching could find the exact effect you need.
