It is a Good Movie, But...
Be prepared. The transgender element is not the primary focus of the movie. The mentally challenged(damaged) brother is the focus. The TG aspect, while interesting, is secondary to the brother's issues, and the family's efforts to deal with them. It is a sad, but very much 'Real Life' tale. I suspect that many of us can find parallels in our own lives. BTW: there is a 'Famous Personality' connection in this movie that adds some interest, as well.
