Am I getting edited and unpubbed a lot?

In the past few days, I have been called "irritating, arrogant, and other stuff". I noticed that my last two posts have not survived. So, is someone deleting me, or am I simply, stupidly not hitting the second screen? I know that some of you don't like me, but... I dunno?

I run an RSS ticker that grabs all the new posts (blogs and stories) every few minutes, storing the last 40 or so. If a post is deleted my RSS feed isn't affected so long as the post was there long enough for the ticker.

RSS ticker?

Wow, you are talking way over my head. :) I did two posts this morning that were either edited or I just did not hit the second button. Recently, I was unpubbed a couple times, so I did not know what was happening for sure. I must warn you that I am quite paranoid, but mostly control it, unless I don't, and then no one knows what happens. :)

Its always possible

that you hit the buttons at the same time the site was backing itself up. I have noticed a couple of my posts never showed up, and there was no way they should not have appeared, because they were totally innocent and no way inflamatory. They just got lost in the re-shuffle. Maybe it ate yours also. I think it does so a couple of times per hour, and maybe a complete re-do over night. I am not sure of the exact schedule.

I like you, for what it's worth? :-D I can empathize on being paranoid. I've had so many people betray me, both online and offline, that it's rare that I trust anyone outside this community anymore, period.
