I've been wanting to comment more here, but I realized that I am so much better at communicating when I write fiction. Being my bland self feels tedious and really I want to write. I want my writing to be free of constraints and liberating (to me at least). Much like how some of my stories seem to liberate some of my characters from the contents in their pants. Consequently, I've decided to take a stab at creating three personas when I comment.
I wanted to share something that's been on my mind. I've now published over fifteen times on BCTS, and it's been a bit disheartening.
All I desire is for people to enjoy my work and share their thoughts. If there's something I'm not doing right, I'd really appreciate your feedback to help me improve. Is it the type of stories I write? My writing style? My charachters? It's tough not getting much help on that front.
Today, I've got a little tidbit to share that's sure to tickle your fancy!
I dove headfirst into my story stats on Friday, curious about what really lights your fire. And guess what? Stories that are easy on the ears (and just as easy on the pants) are stealing the show with some seriously impressive hits-to-kudos ratios.
It's been a journey of over thirteen years with BCTS, a journey filled with laughter, tears, and moments that left me utterly captivated. When I first stumbled upon this place, I was here for the erotica, but soon, I found myself falling deeply in love with the community and the stories it held.
I've been a bit of a lurker, gobbling up stories from many authors, sometimes sneaking in a DM or two. Watching the comings and goings of some fantastic writers, I've been the silent spectator in the corner, hand metaphorically (and sometimes literally) in my pants.
