To everyone here, I would like to say Happy Star Trek Day!
Today, on September 8, 1966, Star Trek premiered on NBC with the episode, "The Man Trap." 50 years later, Star Trek still thrives and endures. Boldly going and continuing to break barriers along the way, and all over the heads of the network censors (seriously, they actually did that back in the '60s).
Well, I'm looking for an editor to help me out before I start posting my current project to the site. I'm keeping the project under wraps for right now, since I want to have enough written to post on a more consistent basis. But, I need an editor to help me out. Is there anyone out there willing to help me out?
I just wanted you to know that I have some ideas starting to churn their way through. Hopefully, I can get something concrete and posted before too long.
I also was wondering, so this will be an informal poll, which side would you all prefer me to write a Star Trek Online-themed story about?
A Starfleet Officer, a Klingon Warrior, or a Romulan Refugee? Please note: just because they say Starfleet, Klingon, or Romulan, race is still up for grabs.
First off, how's everyone doing? Good? Okay, great!
Secondly, it seems my muse has taken an extended vacation and I can't really seem to get back on track. My mind seems to be running with a lot of ideas, just can't seem to pin them down.
Anyone have some good advice?
I am wondering if I should continue with Maiden of Magic. I only had 7 comments from people other than myself on the second chapter thus far. The lack of comments is disheartening, since I enjoy reading the feedback that I get from them, which helps with writing the additional chapters.
Also, are the retcons themselves disinteresting now?
