Unless you have signed sole
Unless you have signed sole rights over to Amazon I can't see a problem. You may need to use your own name on here if there is a conflict, though you might not want to do that.
Sole rights
There is a feature called 'Kindle Select' that requires that, but I haven't signed up for that. I assume that Amazon use a system to search the net for matching phrases, and that is how this one came up.
