Not helping the community at all... Right or wrong, what Private Manning did was against the oath that was sworn. The court was pretty lenient in the whole scheme of things. I am a little bothered by the idea of the government having to pick up the tab for treatment inside quite frankly. I would hope that there would probably be isolation for the Private anyway... It would have been dangerous in there regardless of this circumstance. I do hope proper counseling is available... and maybe hormones, but definitely no more than that in my opinion.
