And so I do what I've been doing for quite some time. I am undergoing another project, another novel. I haven't posted anything since the last chapter of Just Friends, but I was busy editing and publishing a few stories on Amazon while I gathered my wits about me.

It's going to be epic. I can already tell. I have plots and sub plots and twists and no clue how I'm going to tie it all together. I know there are some who write by the seat of their pants, who ridicule me for being so meticulous. I know of no other way to produce a master piece. Sure, I can write something like Just Friends by the seat of my pants, that's because it was only supposed to be an exercise. In that I only wanted to play with the fetishy side of transgender fiction and even attempting that I created something much deeper than intended.

So what is my goal in this new work? It's what my goal has always been; to push the envelope of transgender fiction, to redefine a genre, to add a certain something that is missing. It's not the first time. I think I have accomplished it before with the God Bless the Child series and Wrestling Against Myself. I still think those are two (actually 4) works that stand apart from the rest. This story is going to be different from those. It has to be, because it is it's own life (and why I only do 1 work at a time. I have given birth to an idea, I will nurture it through adolescence and I will see it to the end of its life where it will go to the other world. It is a story about a teacher and a student. They don't want to be in each others life, but in the end they will learn they can't live without one another.

My Goal: To teach the world that being transsexual goes beyond donning a wig, slapping on some makeup and wearing a skirt

That being said. I will be only looking at blogs (sorry I can't read other stories while I write, I will pick up on another writer's voice and it will ruin me) until I get into the editing phase.

Time Frame: About 6-8 weeks.

Last time I asked for Beta readers. Didn't pan out too well, one died.
