Rich Text (fonts and styles) to HTML converter
There are many of these available on line.
Here is the first one I found while googling 'rich text to html'
http://rtf2html.frebsite.nl/ You may have to hunt around as people who write these often have wierd ideas on what makes proper html.

ps. If you don't use 'advanced' font features like custom fonts, different font sizes, or colours then just post it 'plain text'
