I am very sad today as my cat passed away. She was a sweet affectionate cat and I will miss terribly. Celeste rest in peace, I miss you and I was glad that I was able to give you love.

I am frightened to get another pet lest I outlive it.
I understand all too well.
I understand all too well. It took me about 15 years to get another cat after my 16 year old Siamese had to be put to sleep. I still miss her, and I know I will miss Celeste, I guess it was harder this time because it was just so sudden. I had no inkling that anything was wrong until too late.
It's awful
when it happens, but try to think of the happy memories you have of your little friend, and the knowledge that she was much loved by you, and loved you in return.
