sometime when you feel bad things coming you need to brace yourself and lean into the oncoming disaster.
saying that you are going to fail makes you fail just because you decided you might.
imagine yourself saying i feel like something bad is coming so i better prepare myself to be strong instead of announcing to the world your impending failure.
