Well, I've been pushing myself too hard, apparently. Just after 3 am last night, my body decided it had enough, and I nearly collapsed. I caught myself at the last moment, but it was a wake-up call in more ways than one. I'm going to take it very easy the next couple of days, and be as good shape as I can for my appointment with the endo doc on Wednesday. Hugs to all.

Passing out at work...
Oh, that's not good...
But I know what that's like. Years ago, I was pushing myself too hard and went several days with no sleep, and probably wasn't eating properly either. Until I fell asleep at work. Standing up.
It was probably only a few seconds, and surprisingly, I was still standing when I started myself awake, disoriented and looking around, like I do when I wake up suddenly in a place that's not my bedroom. My co-workers were looking at me strangely, but no one said anything.
It scared the crap out of me, though. I got sleep THAT night.
