Well, right now, its hard to not to feel boxed in. The road to transition seems totally blocked by that wonderful thing, finances. I need a full time job if I am going to make any serious headway, and between the economy,and my commitments to my daughter, its hard to find one as Todd, and much harder to try and find one that will accept Dorothy, especially since I don't pass terribly well. I know, I know, I have been out in public, and no one has gotten out the pitchforks and torches, but its one thing to watch the freak in the dress go by you while you are shopping, another thing entirely to go into your favorite store and be served by someone like me. I feel caught in an endless loop. I need a job to improve how well I pass, but unless I can improve how well I pass, I can't get money. And lying and hiding and going in as Todd feels harder and harder to manage all the time. Ah, well, no one ever said this was going to be easy.....
