Well, at least this time they are getting me out a dental appointment. Ax murderers behind the eyes and oozing body fluids at both ends are not a good time to go to the dentist, not to mention the choking and gagging fits. I'm going to take some pain pills and take a nap and maybe call to see my regular doctor this afternoon.

I'll be here, I'm just not firing on all cylinders.

Hugs,
Erin

Ewww....

I do understand what you're saying though. My dad had a co-worker that "solved" his sinus issues while flying a jet one day... Apparently, he ruptured both upper sinuses THROUGH the skull - while pulling out of a dive... And even 10 years later, wasn't having any issues. (THe scars were still visible though.)

Not that I recommend visiting your neighborhood carpenter, and ask to borrow his drill press...

Hope it's not a sinus infection, on top of the seasonal alergies... If they're as bad in your area as they are hear, I feal for you.

Be well.
Annette

There is some good to sinuses

My sinuses kept me out of submarines, which if they hadn't I would have been disqualified later due to claustrophobia. This past winter my throat became enlarged due to the sinus drainage becoming blocked. Antibiotics soon made my throat go back to normal.
When they first saw my throat they were attributing it to my thyroid until I told them my thyroid quit working while I was in Nam. Isn't agent orange wonderful?
Erin if you were in Nam then you could have a combat related condition from being exposed to agent orange.

Internal turbinate removal

My son and I both had our front turbinates removed and that seemed to help a great deal with our problems. It was totally painless and done by an ENT Doc in his office.
