and yes i know its only Saturday.

I'll keep things brief. Well i finally got out on the bike for a few hours on Thursday, ninety km into the Peak District, over 1300m of up which left me quite tired on what was a warm, sunny day. And today i did a slightly shorter but still almost 900m climbing route out through Gabyland, otherwise known as The Dukeries, it was less warm though and my poorly leg did much better (it didn't enjoy the heat/hills combo).

In between times its been trips to the shops, cooking and cleaning and repeat. The old codger isn't the most mobile at the best of times, using the wrong arm for stuff just exacerbates things.

On the plus side, i've nearly finished the next chapter of Gaby book 28, i should get a run at finishing that on Monday. In the meantime, as i might be out tomorrow i've posted Crossed Out, that's part 33 of book 25 for your delight. As i'll be away next weekend the following part may be a bit late.
