today, I managed to go swimming for the first time since COVID began.
It was great, but now I feel like an astronaut coming back to Earth after a week in space.

I know what you mean. I went
I know what you mean. I went on a camping trip in the midwestern United States for a month in late September and early October. I spent the last day in a hotel, because I developed a kidney stone, where I went swimming.
It felt great, but it felt so weird because the pool was so empty and I had to put a mask back on before I left the pool room.
Sounds like fun
I'm assuming this wasn't a polar bear type thing, but inside?
Hugs!

yes, it was an indoor pool
I'll leave the ice diving to the professionals
