To heck with weight...
My first co-wife is 5'4" and weighs 250 lbs., so according to medical standards she's obese... but she's as strong as a weight lifter, healthy as a horse, and drop-dead gorgeous!
Weight is just mass under acceleration and as meaningless an indicator of health as eye color. (unless you're under weight like I was when I got down to 117 lbs... and I'm 5'11"... which is dangerously thin!)
121/85 indicates a healthy cardiovascular system. Unless your doctor tells you to lose weight, (or you want to for personal reasons) ignore anyone else that tells you to. I personally like girls with curves!
