This is a bug caused by a caching failure. I'll run the fix on this end, you may have to clear your caching history for the site.

Doppler Press
Periodically I get some "Doppler Press is on your ignore list". Needless to say, it isn't. I went so far as deleting everything on the list but still got that message. Don't know what else to try.

Once had a similar experience
Checked that I still could see the author in question on the story listing page. Then I discarded the matter as a minor issue not worth bothering with. It did not persist.
Things like this, minor things that don't have any real effect, happens every now and then on diverse sites. Usually clears up without me taking any action.

Just remember this...

To really foul things up requires a computer (or gazillions of them)
Then there is the old excuse
"The computer said NO so it must be right."
If you have been around the blessed things for as long at I have (50 years and counting) you tend to get a bit cynical at what they keep telling you especially when you know that what they are saying is a POS (I could use more colourful words but I resisted the urge)
which leads me to my final statement.
GIGO == Garbage In, Garbage Out.
If people feed in bovine excrement don't be surprised if the result stinks to high heaven.
