In this modern world.
In this modern world it seems we don't have to go far to find more stress. It seems unfair and random. I know you will remember all the things you know about coping strategies. Take a few cleansing breaths, Look for the center of your heart. Focus on your best self and then make a plan. I'm sure a few texts and a couple calls will give you some leads to chase down.
