I got something almost done, but its not a "story" per se.

Its a brief recounting of the background and history of one of my favorite fictional universes.

I have no idea how its gonna be received.

I think I have read the appendices to lord of the rings almost as often as I have the story. That should set you a low bar :) for this project.
