hereabout as Storm Dennis chugs through.
I really would like to be out doing stuff but even I know that going out in the wind and rain with no purpose is a bit daft - maybe I can get out later when there's supposed to be a break in the wetness at least.
So what's been happening this end of the week?
Well I've only been out on two wheels once, on Friday, a quite nice ride out to Devizes with a more laney return into the gathering winds. Another 130km+ ride run off at close on 25kph average, I might just keep up with Gaby if I keep this up!
The good - and unexpected news came on Thursday, the removal of the stuck bearings was done, a full week earlier than expected! And so I was up with the, er seagulls Saturday morning to go fetch the bike and part with payment - an interesting 5 mile walk as 'Dennis was already blowing in. But of course, old bearings removed I then had to find a source for suitable replacements which I've now bought from a chap ironically up in Yorkshire - its likely to be next weekend before the part gets to me. Time enough to sort the rest of it out ready - oh how I hate cleaning bikes!
With the weather keeping me for all intents and purposes, housebound I did get the planned 2nd edition of Gaby book 7 Dress Up posted to Amazon. As usual it will take a short while for the Kindle version to update, who knows how long the new print version will take?

The next re-edited book will likely be ready at the end of the month.
It's Sunday so of course there is a new freebie posted, Gobble Gobble sees Gaby's softer side coming through.
That just about wraps things up for today, guess i'll have to get on with some work as I'm 'stuck' inside.
