As my sis says... battling depression here too but got some stuff done today. Spoke with a stranger today and she listened kindly and hoping to pass on the small bit of happy.

It sucks to have no control over yourself. I wish there was something I could do or find a Hallmark saying to brighten your day. For me, it's good meds and sunshine. It's forcing myself outdoors and walking the dog.
