I'll suggest...
....Sam Everheart, the former admiral turned mutant if it's a discipline issue. If it's to counselling I'll suggest DR. Bellows or Fubar, it's for him to loosen up then I'd use The IMP-ressive Imp to loosen him up. Magical issues try Circe as she's a teacher there, seeing as I don't know his cottage he's in.

Would be whoever the house mother/father is for the cottage he lives in. Or his councilor as each student has one. The only one that is in the stories is Dr. Bellows as he handles the extreme cases.
