The thing they were calling a fairy in that trailer, reminded me of the tooth fairy (a.k.a. Man eating swarm of little predators) from Hellboy II not the fairy like you from more tradition fantasy and lore.
So do not be scared, just skip those parts if they bother you it will be on Netflix not in theaters so fast-forwarding will be possible.
