Lots of Them...
...are pretty self-evident, as I'm sure you anticipated. (The Red Queen is pretty desperate. And after that reference I was expecting something purple from the Prince later.)
But if there's some significance/parallel to the girl servants in Al's room at the castle or the food they provided, I'm not getting it.

Caught a Few
I caught a few, beginning with the protagonist's (original) name. I think I only got the most obvious ones, though. Ches drives the Cat truck. There's a girl with rabbit ears, whom Al runs after, named White. The doors standing in open space? Red. Were the two serving girls Tweedledee and Tweedledoo?
There were others that I don't remember. Oh, yes. A potion labelled "Drink Me".

..and 'Dum and 'Dee are in Looking Glass rather than Wonderland. (At least as far as the books are concerned. Disney or somebody may have sneaked them into one of the films.) Then again, the white queen is in Looking Glass also, as is the castle.
Anyway, the servants here aren't identical twins, and don't say "contratriwise" or bicker with each other, so they wouldn't fit the roles in any case.
.
As for the protagonist's name, Al/Alan fits, of course, but I didn't come up with anything for "Berkoff".
