I know that each of us grapple with the question; "who are we"? I think I am doing OK; at least as well as most other people. Those of you who know of my past brush with Islam, may also know that it left a deep, smoking, brand on my heart. I am talking of the stated philosophy, not of the weirdos, kooks and murderers who get all the attention.
So, it was with great surprise that I found out through either Sephrina or Edeyn, can't remember, that I could paste a tiny photo as part of my signature.
At first I posted the Muslima picture of me. I felt that was truly who I am. Then I began to fear that some radical Muslim man would see it and hunt me down. NO REALLY. If I were in England, I would be a lot more afraid.
The thing that tipped the scales was a girlfriend of mine told me one day that she could see the "party girl in my eyes". "Is that so", I asked her? That's when I posted the "Blue Lady".
Now I get a complaint from Gabi, saying that the "Blue Lady" was frightening and seemed evil to her. Yes, there is something "frightening and evil" in me.
So now, up goes my "Birthday Photo". I shall always remember this as the happiest evening in my whole life. Some friends cared enough about me to help me dress up, get into performance quality make up, and a girlfriend of mine took it. I have a friends picture in back of me crudely crossed out. He might not appreciate the notoriety. I'd had two beers, two vicoden (so I could dance with out pain) and had eaten a "special brownie". It was a wonderful evening. I put "March Forth", the band to bed about 3:00 AM, and then we went to breakfast. I was so messed up, that a dear friend of mine threw me, "giggling and screaming" over his shoulder and carried me to the car.
This is something really intimate that I show to you. Enjoy.

Blue lady
I thought the blue lady was cool! It wasn't a picture of you? :)
Looking forward to your "Birthday Photo"
Mr. Ram

Then Here's another one!
Gwen:
I just wanted to tell you how happy I am for
you. The note that you sent last week did a
little good, that you may not know about. It
made me think of some of the good things,
large and small, that I am grateful for.
That, of course, gave birth to a hart-felt
prayer that you too would soon find a small
measure of happiness. That's why, this post
was like an answer to a prayer for me.
I thought you might like to see what was a
special night for me in return.
Thank you, Gwen.

Aww 'common!
From that photo, you're nowhere close to sixty!
Forty maybe!?
It does have a bit of that blueness, is that some overflow from Bluegirl?
