I read part of "Alien Investigators" in a writer's group I attend. They are all Muggles but have been very kind to me.
The reading included about 1000 words of the first part of the story, and at the end they were greatly amused, one even suggesting that doing it for Community Theatre could be fun. No one objected to the oblique reference to religion. It was my best effort at comedy.

I do have a little but it more for ad libbing and mainly outlines that I have done in the past . there are is a few free online script software available vie Cnet or just try a search I am sure there is some out there that will help You. I did find a Cpl of sites that also have a writers forum for script writing aswell esp for stage plays , as if I remember rightly they do need to include a lot of direction, hope this helps
