I owe all of my readers an apology for taking so long getting this next chapter up. I had reached a point where I was painting my self into a corner and to avoid that I had to put a door into the wall so I had someplace to go. I had a lot of stuff planed but I couldn't get there from where I was. I have been writing for the entire time and I have now filled two large 3 ring binder notebooks with the structure of this world. Characters needed to argue with me to work out what there roles were to be some people got black slips, more on that later. Then there was research lots and lots of research, but now I an read to forge on with the story working to make it better and more interesting.
