I was just in Powell's Books to purchase a TOEFL exam book to help with my teaching English to ESL students. It's become quite enjoyable and usually wear a scarf to head off questions, letting them either think I am Muslim, a Nun or an old Eastern European Grandmother. :)

So, on my way out, I saw a strange looking machine and upon enquiring about it found that it prints very nice soft bound books, one at a time. It is $14 a copy for a 200 page book. I think I might do this simply for my own personal satisfaction. And, it will force me to get the whole kit and caboodle in order once and for all. They want the files saved in PDF and will give some limited assistance on art work.

I've decided to remove TG content except for "Katia" and "Desert Princess" perhaps. My TG content has historically been very mild and generally not explicit. Some of my other stories will have an extensive characterization overhaul. And if it is published electronically, I intend to do it in the teen and young adult genre.

So far, I intend to leave my stories on BCTS. Some have expressed great admiration for my stories. Thank you. I'd like to express my thanks to Erin and others who have been supportive. Who knows if I will ever be a popular author, but I will have done it my way.

Try www.feedaread.com. This is a print to order publishers, that you do not need to pay anything up front. You simply upload your proof-read and edited word document or PDF, then construct your cover, they send you them back in print format for you to check, and ... hey presto, a couple of weeks later your paperback is ready for anyone to order from the feedaread website. You can pay to have it placed onto Amazon and other sites, but otherwise point your clients to the feedaread website. For a 200 page book, you select a price - say $8, and that's what people pay. You get a royalty of around $1.50 - $2.00 a book, and you get to buy as many copies as you want for the royalty free price. The entire service is free, as they make their money from printing your books.

You can even afford to buy as many books as you want to sell on your own. Just take into account the cost of postage.
