We had a great Christmas Day at my daughter's house marred only by the fact that my grandson and his new wife were ill and couldn't make it. We got home shortly after 10 in the evening. I was just catching up on the goings on here on BCTS when the first power outage hit. It was a minute later that it came back. Not to unusual for my little town that only has two feed lines from the electrical grid. Then about five minutes later, we heard a loud boom and the lights went out. No doubt, a transformer blew.

We broke out the battery powered camp lanterns and forty-five minutes later the power came back. We thought were in the clear. I was in the process of answering Dallas' comment on my day late posting of "My Summer in Pantyhose Chapter 33" when the power went out again. Beings I was on my laptop, I was able to shut down things in an orderly manor.

That was late Christmas Day. We got power back this morning at 9:45. It was getting cold in the house (59 F) when I got up this morning. I had just made coffee on the camp stove when the power came on.

I'll be posting Chapter 34 in a little bit.
