The last time I posted, I think I might have rubbed some people the wrong way with what I said. At that point in time I hadn’t really been thinking about the whole picture with what I had said.

Since that last post I’ve done some heavy soul searching. And I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to apologize for how I came across in my last post.

I feel like I may have rushed that post into existence.

In my free time these days, I’ve slowly but surely been putting a story together. I said previously that I probably wasn’t going to write again. That notion went out the window when my muse came back about 2 weeks ago and I felt confident enough to be able to write again.

I’m a slow typer, so it’s probably going to take a little longer than it might take someone else to get a backlog going that I’ll feel comfortable posting the story after editing. Not to mention that I’m currently having to write this on my phone due to my computer dying about a month ago.

If you’re wondering what the story is intended to be about, I’m trying not to be too ambitious with this story.
Preliminary title is: Hello Cheer. That’ll probably change before release but I couldn’t think of anything else at the time.

They say that copying is flattering sometimes. I decided when I got the idea to do this story that I was going to try my best to take aspects of some of my favorite stories and adapt them in my own way.

I took inspiration from at least 5 different stories in this one. Some will be obvious upon reading but others are more subtle.

I want to credit the following authors right now for their stories that gave me inspiration.

Tiffany Shar
Teddie S.
Shauna
Daring Diane
Dawn Natelle(RIP Dawn)

Finally, I’ll be looking for someone to help with editing once I get more of the story written. I’ve been writing about 30 minute sessions of this story so I don’t burn myself out.

Thanks,
Lilly
