A friend at work has shown me this Japanese manga called "pretty face", which about a young boy who after getting badly burned in an accident wakes up to find they have repaired his face to resemble the picture in his pocket - only the picture was that of the girl he has a crush on. As the story progresses, he cant get his own family to believe he's really him, but the girl's family believe he is the girl's long-lost twin sister, and take him to their home. Its really interesting, if you like manga, that is.

Fun and Entertaining Series
The series is fun and entertaining. Since it is manga, there are outrageous situations that leaves you wondering what a Japanese high school is like. Archie and the gang (to my knowledge)never had these problems!
Yuna/Rando seems stuck in his situatuion due to his love for Rina. However, I could never really tell if Doctor Manabe, who performed the surgery, is in love (lust) with Yuna due to her looks or because he knows it is Rando...?
If you like manga, I also suggest Gacha Gacha(fun)or a more serious (imo)Cheeky Angel.
