Halloween again!

Halloween comes around again

Witches and Warlocks all around

Ghosts and Spectres float in and out

Ancient covens of druids gather around open fires

In hidden groves among the forest trees  

Some looking for converts, others looking for victims

Here I am standing, waiting, willing for you to come 

The witching hour is drawing close and I am standing here 

Waiting

The clock strikes midnight and I am still me 

Waiting 

All Saints Day arrives and still I am me

Waiting 

All I want is to be the real me

Halloween is when this is meant to happen

Now I have to wait another year again
