Formerly this was a story, with a science fiction twist, that looked at gaming and whether it's possible to get TOO immersed in a game.
I've removed this story from the site, as it really isn't a TG story. I apologize to anyone who might come here looking a science fiction story.
Author's Note: Thanks to all who read and commented on the story. I'm sorry if anyone was looking for it and missed reading it.

Very Cool!
Excellent, gripping SF.
At the beginning, it seemed like the characters were in WWI, except for the Plasma bladders. Heck, what was that? Oh, this must be SF. Cool.

Interesting...
Now just imagine a R.P.G. like that old game, but dealing with a reality that allowed you to become who ever you want in a realistically normal setting. Becoming locked in would be interesting. Would it have permanent effects? A real version of the 'Matrix'. How could one tell real reality from the simulated reality?
Thanks for sharing this intriguing little story.
Hugs,
Trish-Ann
