For those who know about SCC this blog will be, perhaps, a bit redundant. For those who don't know, SCC is the biggest TG convention/conference in the world! It's been being held annually for the past 18 or 19 years and attracts TGs of all stripes, from all over the world, to Atlanta Georgia.

This year, Top Shelf is going to have a presence there, in the form of Grover, Holly Happy Hart, Gwen Boucher(Khadijahgwen) and myself. I have no idea if any more of you out there are going to attend, but the four of us, possibly five, will do our best to do Top Shelf and everyone here, proud.

We have planned to have matching t-shirts that will publicize the site, all in pink, of course, and will, hopefully be filing reports from the conference via pictures, written reports and videos, which we will post on youtube, if that's possible. Naturally, we don't want to, and will not, "out" anyone, so we will have to be very careful about who is in the background of any pics or videos, getting permission from anyone who appears in them, other than ourselves.

The conference goes on for 7 days, with the last three or four being the most busy, with seminars, shopping and sightseeing trips, dinners, dances, etc. This will be my first conference/convention ever, and I am looking forward to meeting everyone, and making new friends, a well as the general fun and SHOPPING!!!! LOL!

The four (or five) of us will be sharing a room, so space at the makeup mirror will be at a premium, but I'm bringing along my two lighted mirrors, so fights over elbow room will, hopefully, be kept to a minimum.

All of us have already registered and the room is reserved, so we are about as ready as we can be. There are still 4 months to go before this kicks off, so we have plenty of time in case complications arise.

I hope to see many more of you there, because I have delivered many, many virtual hugs throughout the last several years, and I'd like to exchange many of them for real ones.

I will be blogging about this more, as we get closer to the actual conference, if no one objects.
