Anyone a fan of Ru Paul's Drag Race? I've discovered it and am watching it on TV right now. It's a show that I'm not sure I like.
Don't get me wrong, they are free to express themselves this way if that is how their TG issues manifest, I just find some of the flamboyance in extremely poor taste.
So I was wondering.
Editing of Sissy 14 right now. Can't wait for you all to read it.

They are drag queens
Rupauls DRAG RACE is just that about drag qeens wanting to be where Ru Paul is. Therefore the theme is not about transgendered. It has some moments when they guys are in male attire doing some sort of contest followed by their walk on the runway doing female impersonation. The majority of them are gay and do it for illusion.
If I looked like them on a daily basis I'd probably be the town slut . Fortunately my femininity does not have to be super imposed with excess make up, More than two pairs of panty hose and falsies that are overly represented on their bodies.
I quit watching it after the first night. couldn't stand the mocking of the Christian society by Ru Paul. I don't cuss and I expect to not hear it from people around me.
I came home frome Viet Nam unable to put two normal words together without profanity between them. I began stuttering when I talked and after realizing I had to think out my words and sentences I got ot the point of being able to converse without profanity. To me it is a turn off. I think profanity detracts from a persons intelligence. (My own opinion)
As far as my being Trans-what-ever (actually I'm intersexed) I don't connect to drag queens as part of the common denominator as a transperson.

Be kinder than necessary,Because everyone you meet
Is fighting some kind of battle.
Never act that way!
Ru Paul is a perfect example of how not to portray yourself.
Yesterday, a girlfriend and I were driving up the street and she looked over to see a woman walking with that exaggerated, hip swinging gait.
She said,"Oooh, just looking at her makes my back hurt."
I had not seen her yet and when I looked, I thought that the woman had a very pretty hip swing; if somewhat pronounced. So, I learned a lesson from a genetic woman about how to walk and have suitably toned my hip swing down a little.
We work so hard to look like Women, and now I see that sometimes we over do it.
