I know that this is a small thing and probably not high on your list of things to do but it might be worth posting so that everyone knows.
There are bits of the story taxonomy that used to appear in the title bar, now appearing in the text itself. For example:

CSS needs some adjusting
I also noticed that. As well as some general weirdness to the whole site. That makes me think that the CSS, also known as formatting codes, needs some adjustments and tweaking.
I too am glad you are back
but all is not yet right. Apart from what SamanthaMD has written above, the Kudos (thumbs-up button) still needs to reappear -- it's a valuable pointer to quickly showing that "yes I have read this part, now I can click the link for the next one".
Additionally when I did click the next part link, just now, for the new episode of an ongoing story, the pre-shutdown EXTRA tab appeared which contained an obvious heading for a porn-site, and I had hoped that the return to service would have meant that this particular problem had also been fixed!

Still something odd.
I'm getting porn sites appearing after I've visited here. I haven't analysed it properly but I certainly haven't loaded them deliberately. At least they don't persist and close without a problem.

Interestingly enough, I haven't seen any of the problems people had been reporting. I haven't been on the site that much lately (just not much I've found interesting), but I do check in daily.
My suspicion is that there's a single script inserted somewhere, and my script blocker stops it. I've shut that off for the site now. (It doesn't block advertisements)
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
