I wonder if some day medical science will allow trans women to get pregnant and become mothers? It seems awfully far-fetched, but who knows what might be possible....

I thought I'd read something about a womb-transplant having been done, but I forget the details and whether it succeeded enough to carry a child to term.
That was done with a mother donated
to her daughter and baby was carried full term and was healthy. The problem with transwomen is the shape of the pelvis unless they received hormone treatment before they had a male puberty. Otherwise, it becomes an ectopic pregnancy and more risk to mother and baby. Spare a thought for the biological women who can't bear children for whatever reason, my own daughter is one such.
