Okay, so in the last week, I've been writing a crossover story called Swarms And Sisterhood, and I've been pretty disappointed at its lackluster reception. But now I've gotten a while slew of technical problems. First, this morning I saw that on my Author page, Chapter 06 was listed before Chapter 07, despite Chapter 06 being posted first. And I posted Chapter 09 just now, and it decided to post two of the same story/serial chapter. What the blazes is going on? Can someone try to help me figure out the problem?

At a guess, you may have had a bad page stuck in your browser cache. This might have happened when an occasional problem on our end sent you a 503 error code. We're working on the 503s.
Things look fine now. I suggest you clear your browser cache.

Reception
The intro to Swarms recommended to read your other stories first and that is taking a while.
Maybe
The Prelude to Swarms and Sisterhood suggests that the reader (for maximum enjoyment) should read five listed other stories you have posted before reading this one.
Writing a crossover story is an imaginative effort. Congratulations.
However, readers have a limited amount of time. They might have elected to read something else that doesn't have so many prerequisites.
On the other hand, your kudos to hits ratio is quite favorable, which would indicate that those who accepted the challenge have enjoyed the journey.
At any rate, "Fuck" in any form in a blog title is a poor word choice and probably isn't going to generate the increase in readership\comments\kudos you want.
Lastly, when I post a new story, I work on it until I believe it's the best I've ever written. As such I'm always disappointed by it's reception.

Rest & Recuperation, and Reboot & Retry
As suggested by Erin, the first place to try to resolve "totally weird" problems is on "our end".
Easiest is that we Save Everything, then do a full shutdown of our machines (not just 'Restart'), then boot up and retry.
Tech note: Many programs/applications will grab machine resources (memory, etc.) and not release them. Later, the same or a different program will try to grab a resource. When it can't get what it needs, it can - with no failure message - just go wonky. The full shutdown and then reboot forces release of Everything, and the re-boot gives us a 'clean slate' (*).

If the reboot doesn't clear the problem, then we walk away and do something else, anything else, for at least an hour. Better, get a full night's sleep. Then reboot (sigh, yes, again) and try 'one last time'. If still no-go, then time to ask for 'far-end" help, e.g. BCTS Admins.
Most wonky BCTS problems I've seen are resolved with "Oops, we needed to clear our caches." or "We reached into the BCTS system files and fixed it."
"R & R" is good for humans and computers, both.

(*) "Clean slate": Dang, that's old. (USA) school children used to work lessons on a slate (yes, the rock) pad with chalk (another rock), and teachers would write lessons on a wall-mounted slate slab. Talk about Stone-Age technology.

Computer Gliches
"IF"...you ever had computer problems think of what Erin, Piper, and all the ladies go through times ten thousand along with a hundred times more often. Running an array of storage banks much less trying to handle giga bytes of flowing data in and out would be a task for a multi million (billion) dollar corporation. The ladies handle it on a penny pinching pocketbook with lots of love and hundreds of hours of unpaid labor. Their backup is themselves not some brain trust they may call in for help.
If anyone hasn't ever run a business(es) they will never understand. An eight to five job doesn't prepare one to have any idea what these ladies do to keep BCTS operating. When things go south on the site and everything isn't what one expects or wants, give them time to chase the byte demons out..., again. Keep in mind, one's own system may be the problem not theirs. Those same byte demons love to play havoc with our systems as much as they love to play with BCTS.
On the right side of the page of BCTS is what everyone should practice. "Play Nice"
