It's drafted! Book five, The Light Between, is finally drafted!

If I had more energy, I'd go run about like a lunatic yelling, "Eeeeeee!"

Other than one lunch and errands run on Wednesday, this whole week Monday until now morning to night was dedicated to finishing it before the New Year hit. Omg! Made it! With one day to spare!! I couldn't sleep at all last night due to brain being stuck in high gear on all the details and planning out the final set of scenes completed today. So I may be somewhat loopy at the moment. :)

Next up is to go back to the start with the editing toolkit to see how much I messed up the prose and grammar. And to add in descriptions or any other things that come to mind which will better 'frame' the book as a whole. That done, I'll send the first chunk to a friend who has promised to be the initial proofreader in exchange for cookies. After that, can start posting here! Which will of course trigger the ancient mental debate on how to post it: in six (or seven?) parts or chapter by chapter. I'll probably waffle back and forth only to end up doing the same way it's been done so far though.

Also will likely be updates soon to Book Four (Light and Shadow) here on the site with the latest edits/corrections. I know some of the things Kimmie caught their last go-round haven't made it to here yet, so need to do that. Thanks again Kimmie!
