- Exit and restart browser,
- Shutdown and restart our machines, then restart the browser, and retry.
- Contact BCTS admins.

Just about all programs have internal mistakes - stuff we don't see. But programs, applications/apps and sometimes even the operating system, can slowly run out of memory or other resources, and then they 'go goofy' when they run out.
The exit/restart & the shutdown/reboot cleans out a lot of the 'crud', and gives them a 'clean slate'.
I'm guessing the same thing can happen for the BCTS machines.
