God Bless the Child by K.T. Leone

Printer-friendly version

Little Katie's first published novel is available from the publisher at the following link:

God Bless the Child by K.T. Leone.

Or from Amazon at:

God Bless the Child by K.T. Leone.

It's cheaper from the publisher but some people trust Amazon more.

Here's the editorial review from the book cover:

A novel of joy and terror, of love and sacrifice, of ordinary horrors and an extraordinary child who overcame them. Keesa and Officer Chase Milan, a police K-9 unit, find four-year-old Jeremy in the midst of a scene of domestic tragedy. Little Jeremy needed the care and understanding that his parents hadn’t given him. He had a lot of love to give back. No problem for Keesa–life is much simpler for a police dog. But Chase’s desire to protect and care for Jeremy faced obstacles. Chase’s wife, Melissa, wanted to love the little boy, too, but didn’t know if she was strong enough. And could Chase himself adjust to what had happened to Jeremy and its consequences? In the end, could he sacrifice some of his own dreams and hopes to redeem Jeremy’s future and claim God’s blessing for the child?

It can also be ordered from Barnes and Noble, Alibris, and some other booksellers.

I did the editing and designed the cover (though I did not draw it, an artist at the publisher did a better job than I from my sketch and description).

This came out in October and I'm sorry I haven't promoted it sooner but things happened.

At the end

Is there still going to be a continuation called "growing up jenny". I saw that at the end of the story it was mentioned, but have not found that story.

God Bless This Child

Joyce, I have ordered the book just a few moments ago, online. I am looking forward to reading it. I usually judge books by their storyline, not their covers. I only wish most people would judge us by our story lines...

God Bless The Child

I have finished reading this extraordinary novel...it only goes to show what can be done, when you know your own mind, regardless of the circumstances that brought you to that decision...even if you are 4 years old...I believe K.T. Leone is Little Katie, and she has outdone herself with God Bless The Child...I recommend this to anyone who wants to read something extraordinary. I cried, I laughed, I smiled, I cried some more and I laughed some more, when I read this story. It is was written from the heart...Keep up the good work.

Glad you enjoyed it :)

As to your login problems, right about that time, the database had a glitch in it and was messing up, returning the wrong number of records. Seems to be okay now after a rebuild.

If you like, you could go to either Amazon or PublishAmerica and leave a story review. Katie would love that.

Thanks,
Erin

God Bless The Child

I also just finished reading Little Katie's novel. Very easy to get emotionally involved reading the story. Very well written to capture the reader. I had to read it straight through once I started.

Ordered through the publisher and very happy with the transaction.
