the last posted update to a morfs story was back in 2019. reckon people just ran out of ideas for it.

I think what really happened
I think what really happened is that the support(er) for the 'universe' disappeared. When that happens, stories tend to dry up.
I've seen it many times. Too many times. It's happened here with a lot of 'universes' alone, let alone what I've seen at other sites.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
time is in short supply
I'm still writing on a few stories in morfs universe, but it is slow going with work, kids and a growing puppy.
But there are things in progress for Feral, Mindcontrol, Synergy & Blitz and new ones.
But I'm also writing in some other universes that I will post here.
And last but not least, there are some people that want to write in this universe and even continue some stories already there.
So it isn't dead just yet, the AED is charging to get the body back with a pulse.

My opinion
My opinion on why the universe has slowed in producing content is the separation from here. Both sites are looking to the same user base and the wider range of stories here makes it a stronger platform.
Morfs broke away to soon to have the reader base needed.
