My mother died last night aged 99 years and 5 months.
I have been posting weekly for 4.5 years but I'm going to take a break from posting. The final part of 'On the Cut' was posted last weekend so it is an opportune time to have a break while I sort of Mums things.

I recently lost both my father and mother, both well into their 80s, and it doesn't matter how old you are when you lose your parents, it is heart wrenching. You take all the time you need, we will all be here waiting to welcome you back when you are ready. Lots of love to you, dear one.
