I have to admit that, for some terms that I encounter, the Urban Dictionary is a better reference than dictionary.com or the other ordinary dictionaries.

It just means getting banned from FACEBOOK for a certain interval.
You'd have to do something really bad or just be a total creep
to get yourself banned indefinitely; which I don't know
that anyone ever has been...
