tried https://www.tgstorytime.com and just now and had no issue, though it may be that the site was down earlier and has just become active again
is it possible that had an update of an internet security package that is causing issues?

I've found it very hit & miss for a few weeks now
They’re having problems
with the site as they apparently are overhauling their software and other components. It's been doing this for several weeks.

With what others have said, I'll go with 'intermittent problems at TGStorytime'.
For similar problems ... over time our browsers can collect bits of 'crud' in main memory, and go 'weird; on us. Shutting down and restarting the browser helps with that; last resort, save everything and reboot machine.
