Can't think of any off hand. There is one that is close to what you want. "Beer Run" by Paula Dillion. Great story. Young man meets 2 young women moving into house near campus. becomes involved with them but must live as a woman to stay in relationship. Gets both woman pregnant at same time. threesome lives happy every after.

By elrodw - there are several of them, but in “The New Co-Ed”, a college student undergoes surgery to allow him to carry an unwanted fetus to term, for which he gets paid. He does this after losing his scholarship and to keep from being thrown out of college after having sex with the dean’s daughter. He ends up carrying her baby to term later in the story.
