I live about 75 miles north of Tampa, Florida and we have had rain since about 3 am, now at 7 pm we have had about 11 or 12 inches depending on how I read my make shift rain gage.

I know I’m weird. The fact that I’m trans is probably one of the more normal things about me.

I'm in Oregon. We've had rain the last three days in my little corner of the world and the forecast calls for heavy rain all next week.

you forgot the winds

at least in Vancouver we have winds to 100 km/hr ( about 70 mph ) for the weekend as well as the rain until mid-week

Stupidity is a capital offense. A summary not indictable.

Weather is calm here

I'm feeling left out. I'm in Minneapolis and we have missed out on all of the bad weather. It even got above freezing today.

Other than bragging that nothing is happening here, I hope that all of you stay safe from all of the nasty weather you are getting.

rain

none here in Ft. Pierce we some last night turn out to be a nice day today

I am about 20 miles north of Tampa and been seeing the same weather system going through. Just before 10:00 PM and heavy rain coming through, again.

Another douth?

Last year God turned the water spigot off in October. No rain, no snow for six and a half months. Total loss of wheat crops. Most fields were nothing more than dirt. This year is turning into a repeat. Thursday I was taking pictures, sixty to seventy MPH winds, fields blowing away. Did you know a high end camera can't auto focus in a dust storm? The whole world is a haze and it ain't fog. Pull a finger across the kitchen table and it leaves a streak where the dust settled since last night.
If all that liquid sunshine you're bragging about receiving isn't flooding everyone, be thankful you're receiving it. Wouldn't mind if you wished some of that my way.

With me living 5 blocks from the water and with all the rain my street is currently underwater... And its still raining this morning... Thankfully it’s just the street and hasn’t crept into the yard yet, but its close... Where I park my truck behind the house, the water is currently up to the rims... Fun soggy day...

It's getting to be dust bowl

It's getting to be dust bowl conditions out there...I hope you folks get your rain, I hate hearing about this especially with millions affected and billions in money at stake

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime

It got to the dizzying heights of -2c between the 70/80kph gusts, freezing rain and just out of sight of me here, snow falls, today.
When the weather is crappy the best advice is stay safe, you can't actually do anything about the weather so try not to stress over it.

If you don't like getting flooded out - move to higher ground, don't like the dust bowl - move somewhere more temperate - etc, etc.

Look after yourselves
